    I've tried to get into Holdsworth so many times but I just can't. I don't know what it is, I can appreciate his technique and harmonic capabilities but I just can't get into the music.

    @quintricacy i think everyone has some artists they can't get into. I never liked Pat Martino or george benson much...

    quint, same for me. marvel at what he does technically & harmonically but after 20 min i'm done. there is something about it that leaves me a bit cold.

    I believe Kurt is a big fan of Holdsworth...and you can tell by the ultra out-of-this-world lines they both have.
