    wow, the buy it now price is a lot more than what i payed when i did "buy it now"... anyone know how to tell if mine is japanese or korean made? also i'm not sure what year it is made.

    The korean made ones have "excel" instead of "new yorker" n the headstock inlay.

    As for the BIN price...a little too much for a semi-hollow. I wouldn't even pay that for a laminate hollow.
