Here is Paul, member of this forum playing what I guess you´re looking for. Send him a mail via youtube perhaps? Good work Paul by the way.

It's probably in the official transcriptions book: http://www.melbay.com/product.asp?ProductID=21581&category=&Heading=&catID=&head1=&head2=&sub=&sub1=&author=&mode=&q=&r=&s=&next=
It depends whether you are looking for the first version of ECLA from the album of the same title, or if you are looking for the version that Kurt plays on "Standards Trio: Reflections". The first version is in the Mel Bay book (which by the way is also available through our own store here: http://www.kurtrosenwinkel.com/shop/products/Mel-Bay-Presents-Kurt-Rosenwinkel-Trio-%252d-East-Coast-Love-Affair-Guitar-Transcriptions.html) but the 2nd version is not out in an official transcription yet.
I just purchased the East Coast Love Affair tab book, and i didn't know that it was just solo sections, not the whole song. I was really hoping to learn some songs note for note. I am doing some subscribing myself now, but was hoping to speed up the process. So if you are looking for learning the whole song, then ur going to have to do it urself. Im working on the Intro section from the Reflections version of East Coast Love Affair, so if i finish i willl post it.
I don't have a chart of this song, but would like to make one at some point. I would encourage you (original poster) to transcribe at least some of it... I find transcribing really rewarding. Not saying using a chart or book is bad... using a pre-written chart is the quickest way to learn a solo, and working on a solo is a killer way to push your chops. But when you transcribe something on your own you grow in a lot of different aspects musically... your ears, chops and comprehension of rhythms/reading will all benefit. Just my 2 cents.
