All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

We ship all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service);

1st class Air Mail, Priority and Express Services.

Please note that all New York State DELIVERIES will be charged NYS sales tax (even if billing address is outside of NYS).

International Shipping 

WOMMUSIC can ship orders to almost anywhere in the world. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees levied by your local government.

All international custom's forms will display the cost of the package's contents even if it is marked "gift".  You are responsible to any applicable taxes or duties in your country.

When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by inspection, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services.

Air Mail is the cheapest option but also takes the longest and average delivery time varies by country. Air Mail parcels can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you need the item(s) sooner, we recommend that you select Global Priority or Express shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

•               Domestic First Class: 2 to 10 business days after shipping

•               Domestic Priority: 2 to 5 business days after shipping

•               Domestic Express: 1 to 2 business days after shipping 

•               International Standard Air: 1 to 6 weeks*

•               International Global Priority 4 days to 2 weeks*  

•               International Express: 3 to 7 business days*

   * When not delayed by customs inspection

Returns / Replacement Policy 

All music download purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

You may return new, unopened CDs or Books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the CD/Book price & any taxes paid; shipping charges are non-refundable. You should expect to receive your refund on the same method used to pay for your purchase within two weeks of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If a return is due to an incorrect or defective item, please notify us ASAP we will ship you a replacement along with a prepaid return envelope for you to mail the incorrect/defective item(s) back to our office.
